XP REINICIALIZANDO SOZINHO(ERRO PerfNet)

Olá pessoal, estou com um problema no XP, toda vez que eu atualizo alguma coisa, e quando eu estou tentando abrir dois ou mais programas de uma vez, o meu windows XP fica reinicializando, olhei em eventos, indica o seguinte erro:

"Não foi possivel abrir o serviço do servidor. Os dados de desempenho do servidor não serão retomados."

Quando eu enviei o erro, constou:

Fiz o que disse ai, no prompt inicializei o serviço mas continua reinicializando, desativei a reinicialização automatica e na tela azul constou:

Fiz o teste, retirei o meu hd e o meu processador, todos os dois, funcionaram beleza em outro pc, que por coincidência tambem era pentium 3 do meu colega.

SerÁ que É a placa mÃe, tirei e recoloquei as duas memorias, mas o erro continua,dÊem uma luz ai, ja estou com esse problema a quase seis meses.ja reinstalei o xp umas 4 vezes, mas continua a mesma coisa, o mesmo problema e ja estou de saco cheio,pois quando estou fazendo alguma coisa, de repente o pc reinicializa,as vezes o firefox tambem reinicializa, mesmo tendo instalado o xp varias vezes correndo o risco de perder o que eu estou fazendo.

Acho que o problema tem a ver com o servidor, mas em serviços ele esta em automatico e iniciado.
